Standard Master Services Agreement Framework • 2026 Edition
1. Sprint Scopes & Deliverables
Zuxxis delivers full-service website development, mobile application engineering, custom software solutions, UI/UX design, and digital optimization services structured in designated project milestones and agile sprint cycles. Specific objectives and technical deliverables are confirmed in written Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon receipt of final milestone or monthly invoice settlement, 100% of all intellectual property, Figma design files, source code, ad creative videos, and account assets transfer entirely to the client.
3. Payment & Invoicing Terms
Sprint fees are invoiced at the commencement of each 30-day sprint cycle. Ad spend is paid directly by the client to advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) through the client's own billing profiles.
4. Termination & Notice Period
Engagements operate on flexible 90-day initial sprints, transitioning to rolling 30-day cycles thereafter with written 30-day cancellation notice. Zero long-term penalties or surprise termination fees.
